This reminds me of another certain light novel also featuring a robot otaku as the MC.
you’re probably thinking about knights and magic. It’s on my To Read List which I haven’t gotten to yet
Yeah that’s the one. The person who’s translating it is either very slow, TLing multiple stories at once or dropping it. Because I don’t think the translation goes that far into volume three. Hmm. I might have the volume wrong, but it should still be at volume three. Meh, well with all these wuxia and xianxia novels, there just isn’t much time for other type of novels anymore. I should look at my bookmarked LNs and see how much progress has been made. Though unfortunately I think my favorite LN, Mahouka, has been licensed and I was only at volume 8. . . 🙁
SkyTheWood only translate novel from Chinese to English. At that time only two novels of the series was publish in Chinese.
As for his translation pace, he translate a full chapter per week, which would take the average jap translator a month per chapter or more to translate.
and also i’m pretty sure he is translating 1 a week, because that is the relase shedule of the novel, i’m pretty sure he is up to date, and translating as soon as a chapter is released in chinise.
It’s worth the read man but wait a little bit cuz it takes a while to get to good chapters
do it do it do it do it do it I can tell chi right nao that from what I read this is way more fast paced than the building and experimentation oriented knights and magic update soon luv ya
Hello,
I am interested in helping to translate this novel because i looove mecha in general and I want to improve my japanese reading comprehension from low to intermediate in less than 6 months.
I strongly believe that translating this novel will help me do just that.
Also thanks for your sacrifice in time and energy in helping us fight boredom in our free time. lol
Glad that you are interested
I’m almost done with final part of chapter 1, once I post that, I will email you on the details then
Thanks,
i’m looking forward to it.
I have sent you an email yesterday, did you get it?
No,
I haven’t received your email.
Is the email listed when you posted your comment is the correct one?
Yes, it is, i regularly use it
send an email with aluminare as object your mail might have been sent into spam box.
The link for the prologue is broken.
fixed, thanks for notifying me, I was reorganizing the individual pages address and forgot to update the prologue link here
This time it’s the next part link from 1-2 to 1-3 that is not working.
I was renaming the chapter links for easy management
Is it still getting translated?
yes, the pace right now is about once a week, since im also working on parallel world pharmacy.
sorry im not as fast as the chinese translators
Thanks for translating this.
It’s hard to find Fantasy Mecha LNs, except for Knights and Magic.
Main Page Link to Departure: Part 3 is not working.
Link from Departure: Part 2 to Part 3 is working though.
thanks for pointing out, its fixed
Mind me asking, but is the original author releasing each part of one chapter a week, or are you separating each chapter into four?
It’s just that it feels weird, but each part is pretty long, so it’s understandable either way.
thats how the author does it. just look at the raw project page to see the actual numbering and division of each chapters
why you dropped this project?
